We are a community non-profit pre-school, registered with OFSTED.
We accommodate children from 2-5 years old.
We provide a friendly, safe environment where children grow with confidence to become independent learners who build secure relationships with adults and other children.
With a highly qualified and excellent work force, we maintain a high ratio of staff to children.

We offer an a holistic approach to childcare where all children are given the opportunity to thrive and reach their potential.
At the setting, we adopt the " In the Moment Planning" approach. Through play activities and a high level of appropriate adult input (teachable moments), we offer a curriculum, which enables children to make appropriate developmental progress as specified in the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
We operate a “Free Flow” system throughout the day enabling children to access all areas where they grow and learn according to their individual preference, whatever the weather.
At Little Owls Pre-School we use an online learning journey called Tapestry. Staff will write observations on your child and you will be able to view these through the app. You will be able to add photos and videos of your exciting weekends for the keyperson to see and have your parent input. Parents can comment on the photos/videos that staff upload.
We are open from 9am to 3pm in term time only. We operate a 2 session day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, both sessions run for 3 hours each and operate Mondays to Fridays during term time.
