Look who has come to visit preschool 👀😆😉
We do hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and enjoyed the festive period.
We are looking to seeing you all when we return to preschool tomorrow, Tuesday 4th January.
We hope you all stay healthy and safe over the festive period.
Preschool returns on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
Good morning everyone,
With the festive activities in full swing here at the preschool, and the children busily learning their Christmas songs and creating some beautiful Christmassy masterpiece’s we thought it would be a good time to remind everyone that our last day of preschool will be Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 3.00pm and we will return to Preschool on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 9.00 am.
If your child is attending our Christmas Party on Thursday 16th December we will be opening the doors at 11.30 am and collection will be between 1.45 and 2.00pm, and we look forward to seeing you.
Good morning everyone,
With Christmas fast approaching, we have put together a few things for your little ones that
may help you with Christmas Eve boxes or Christmas Stockings. These items are available to purchase and all the proceeds will go to the preschool. As a community preschool we really do appreciate all your support with our fundraising events.
Look out for order forms coming home in book bags this week 👀
All our Halloween Sweet Cones have been made and are now ready for collection. (At your child’s next session)
Thank you to all parents that have purchased one or more of these sweet cones. All the proceeds of these cones go to the preschool, and we really do appreciate your support.
This week at preschool we found a very interesting six legged visitor in the form of a Stag Beetle.
We put plugged the magnifier into the big screen to show the children up close, and we also put it into the display box so the children could all get a good look before we released it back into the garden.
Well our caterpillars are now beautiful butterflies.
All our children have been watching the different stages of the caterpillars and we had some very smiley faces when they saw the butterflies.
We will now prepare to release them with the children.
Following our blog last week, we can confirm that the caterpillars are now fully in chrysalis transition stage and have been moved from the chrysalis station into the mesh habitat so that the children can all watch the miracle of metamorphosis up close.
They are all very excited and are looking forward to seeing them as butterflies 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
We will keep you updated
