Our Outside Space
Over the past few years we have invested heavily in our outdoor space.
We have seen the addition of:
- Climbing Frame
- Mud kitchen
- Sensory space
- Digging Pit
- Astro turf
- Green house
- Shed for storage
With the addition of these new areas and the overall enhancement of our setting we are able to offer free flow child led learning through play.
Climbing Area and Astro
In 2016 we were awarded a grant from Sanhurst council, along with monies raised by our parents committee, this enabled us to buy a fabulous outdoor climbing frame. Along with being able to start putting down padded Astro turf underneath the frame. This area is used daily by the children and encourages gross motor skills along with balance and imaginative play.
